I don’t bring pre-packaged answer to the challenges you’re facing in leading your business. What I offer is the opportunity to work together to quickly identify and analyze the core problem you’re facing, and then—if there’s clear agreement on the issue—work with you over time to address it in practical, concrete ways.
Your first meeting with me is complementary, because it’s purely exploratory. Clients almost always have a sense within the first half-hour if there is good foundation for working together. The first conversation is your opportunity to have a sense of my perspective and what I offer your business.
